My Profile

I registered for this course because i enjoy physical acticity a lot and i love having fun while doing physical acitity. Prefer this rather than sitting a desk.

My favorite part of p.e is when everyone is engaged in a class acticity and everyone is having fun takkng part. Nobody is just sitting bored.

I think my current level of fitness is very good but could be a lot better at the same time. I really want to start working out at the gym because i want to see improvment in myself physically. Me playing ice hockey outside of school is great and keeps me constantly with some physical activity.

Last year i got 13 on the beep test and i just recently got 12.8. I would like to see myself consasntly getting 13 or higher.

I do, do a lot of hockey outside of school such as ice and ball hockey. I try to go on morning runs ocasinally either around my block or at the bear creek park trails. I also have gone to the ymca a few time to workout and would like to make a routine.
Also play sports in my neighboord as basketball with the kids who live near me.
